Welcome to TrendyGurlly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and prices accurately. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices or product availability at any time without notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is out of stock, where there is a pricing error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. Please ensure your delivery details, size, and colour selections are correct before paying.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. We do not store your full card or mobile money credentials. The amount paid at checkout covers your items only; delivery fees are confirmed separately (see below).

5. Delivery

We deliver across all 16 regions of Ghana and ship internationally. Delivery fees and timelines depend on your location and are confirmed with you via WhatsApp after your order. While we work to meet estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control. See our delivery information for more.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Customer Reviews

If you submit a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and does not contain unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. We moderate reviews and reserve the right to decline or remove any review at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of TrendyGurlly or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrendyGurlly shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
